Massage therapists spend their working day looking after other people's aches, so the most welcome gifts tend to be ones that look after them for a change. Hands, thumbs and feet take the strain of back-to-back treatments, which makes tools that save the thumbs and a bit of pampering at home good choices. This guide covers practical gifts sold on Amazon UK with a live price, from a thumb saver tool and a massage ball to a reflexology balm and a bubble foot spa for the end of a long day. This guide covers 5 gifts for massage therapists that were in stock on Amazon UK with a live buy-box price when we checked on 26 October 2026. What to look for in a gift for a massage therapist
Budget. A client thank-you is usually small, while a gift for a partner or friend in the job can be more. The picks here cost between £6.89 and £24.00 when we checked.
Look after their hands. Thumb savers and hand-held tools take some of the pressure off the therapist's thumbs and wrists during deep tissue work.
Pampering for them. A foot spa or foot care set is a way for someone who stands all day to relax at home.
Massage mediums. Therapists usually have favourite oils and balms and may need fragrance-free products for some clients, so a balm is best as a gift for their own use unless you know what they buy.
Clinic and spa rules. If you are a client, some spas and clinics have policies on staff accepting gifts, so a small token or a card is a safe choice.
Power and safety. For electric foot spas, check the plug, the instructions and the listing's care advice before giving.
Delivery date. Check the delivery date on Amazon so the gift arrives before your last appointment of the year.
How we chose these picks
We only included products that were in stock on Amazon UK with a single live buy-box price in pounds when we checked on 26 October 2026, read with a UK delivery address. We skipped listings showing low stock, long delivery dates or unclear details, and we avoided repeating products already featured in our other gift guides. Descriptions are based on what each listing says; we have not tested these products ourselves, and we have not used star ratings or review counts.

Frequently asked questions
Should you tip a massage therapist in the UK?
Tipping is not expected in the UK in the way it is in some countries. Some clients leave a small tip or give a gift at Christmas if they see the same therapist regularly, but it is a personal choice.
